If grandi is ok with going back to his 15 minutes a game like he did in 20-21. it doesn’t help him with his professional career but he could be a good leader on a special teamHighly, highly doubt that Grandison ever felt he'd be drafted.
As to transferring, he doesn't need a waiver (grad transfer). My 2 cents: if minutes are key, he's leaving.
