TCDD was a contaminant in Agent Orange that caused a lot misery to a lot of vets. Probably the nastiest of all the dioxins, which as a class are awful to begin with. Very persistent in the environment, it supercharges other carcinogens.

My dad passed in 2006 after diabetes from Agent Orange and was a huge Illini fan.

I would proudly like to report that my step kiddo officially hates Iowa more than I do. When we come across a bad driver now, his first reaction is, "c'mon, are we in Iowa City, what?"
I'm pretty sure he'd sign a NIL for Brad today if he could this kid wakes up every morning dreaming of beating up the Hawkeyes in 9 years.
Anyway, since he needs to get through select basketball first, what are the odds we see anyone boomerang back from the portal (not talking about TJ and Coleman and clearly not Epps)?

What part of he changes the game don't you understand??? He raises the energy of the whole team when he hits the floor. If you need an example go back and watch the Northwestern game

Yes, I know what he brings to the table — and what he doesn’t. Like I said, he’ll play but if the next 2 months play out like some think with roster construction, we’ll have replaced one nonexistent PG (Skyy after leaving the team) with a veteran PG and a freshman who was poor on D and seemed to have an attitude problem with a veteran transfer. Harris will again be an important energy changer off the bench, but not sure how you can see additional minutes for him, especially if he doesn’t improve his shooting. I mean most would consider post-season basketball kind of important, and in the B1G tournament and NCAA tourney he averaged 13 mpg — under his season average. And again, that was without a veteran guard taking minutes away from him.

Now if Shannon doesn’t come back and we don’t bring in a veteran PG, sure he could and likely would see an up tick in playing time. But we’ll just have to agree to disagree if those things do happen.

It seems that people on here have selective memories and vision. Every time I watched Illinois play Shannon and MM were getting beat like a drum off the dribble but yet you keep trashing the freshmen for one thing or another. These so called veterans that you keep talking about lacked consistency the whole year and cost us games

So Jalen Cone already committed to Cal. Mike Mitchell Jr. from Pepperdine also went off the board early to Minnesota.

Two guys who are high level passers and outstanding, defense bending, cannot leave them 3 point shooters.

RayJ Dennis is a better basketball player than either, but I'm not sure he fits better.

I haven’t bashed Harris at all. I like the kid and think he is an important part of the team. All I’ve said is that minutes could well be harder to come by and I expect him to play about the same minutes or possibly less if he doesn’t improve his shooting — because of the added depth.

Yes, Harris had some great games this year. I expect him to have some again next year. But those great games this year earned him fewer minutes than his season average in the BTT and NCAA games. I guess BU suffers from that selective memory and vision too.
