Sure beats anecdotal observation and skewed individual perceptions. And a gallup poll is your source

Gallup's data showed about 30% of people ages 18-34 smoked. That seems reasonable to me. The group of young adults shopping at a Rockford gas station near a dispensary is not a representative sample of the population and would obviously be skewed.I'm no researcher by any means that's for sure but I can tell you from working at a gas station in Rockford how many blunts and vape batteries we sell daily makes me question that percentage a how lot.i agree it normally does include the 20 something as a bigger % but it's people of all age maybe I see more traffic for that stuff cause there are 2 dispensaries within a mile of my work just has me

I'm in my 20's and just about anyone around my age smokes occasionally or has smoked in their life before."Almost every"
What Percentage of Americans Smoke Marijuana?

I'm firmly in the "decriminalize/legalize" camp, but let's not just make up statistics.
Is that any different than what Hawkins said about us and basically his requirements for coming back? He's confident that BU will fill in the holes because he couldn't be coming back to lose. You may very well be right, but I'm thinking that we're looking at it differently because we want things to break our way. That's the beauty of words. They can be twisted to mean just about anything.https://hppod.buzzsprout.com/1936149/12639855
Interview with RayJ here. Most interesting thing I heard was when the interviewer asks how good Toledo will be if he withdraws from the draft and comes back, there’s a long pause and then something like “the coaches will do a great job filling the roster”. Pretty easy to read into his answer that next year won’t be at Toledo.
Sadly, he did not have anything substantive to say about the prevalence of marijuana use in college students or Gallup polling data quality.
It's very different lol. One is at a MAC school and one is a good power 5 programIs that any different than what Hawkins said about us and basically his requirements for coming back? After this past season, I have little interest in what anyone says preseason. They really have been hating on Illinois this offseason. Will be great to see what they have to say in a month
Oh c'mon let em think about it for a while before fansplaining it to themSmoke signals. Get it?
The point is, what makes his comments come across as a likely to transfer to a good P5 school? I guess I fail to see how RayJ's comments can be taken as it's obvious he'll be in the portal? I do recognize that he very could go that route. However, it's wishful thinking when we start dissecting comments to that extent. I brought up CH because the same comments coming from him wouldn't lead me to a conclusion that he'll be in the portal in hopes of transferring to a blue blood. It's very different lol. What's a blunt?Your going to make inferences on national marijuna usage based on the sales numbers for blunts and vape batteries at a gas station in Rockford, IL. ?????????

1. I listened to a 15 minute interview, and called out the only thing of interest was his uncomfortable pause at that question, followed by a non-answer. Not a guarantee, but I thought it was interesting (in an altogether non-interesting interview)The point is, what makes his comments come across as a likely to transfer to a good P5 school? Yea....let's get back to talking about the clock in baseball....1. I listened to a 15 minute interview, and called out the only thing of interest was his uncomfortable pause at that question, followed by a non-answer. Not a guarantee, but I thought it was interesting (in an altogether non-interesting interview)
2. I was mostly just hoping to steer the conversation way from weed and polling methods, and back to recruiting. Unsuccessfully, I might add.
CoHawk and TSJ coming back in itself wouldn't be enough. Adding a quality PG in addition to them coming back should make us a top 20 team. After this past season, I have little interest in what anyone says preseason.
If CoHawk and TSJ come back, we should be a top 20 team and there will be no excuses with the very possible exception of the PG position.
If it's another year of musical chairs like last year, then the reality is that you just have to wait to see how the pieces come together.
