The way I’m reading this entire scenario is our fate is in Flaglers hands. Once he makes his decision, TJ follows, then it’s up to RayJ to decide if he wants to be the starter at Baylor or play with TJ… & Hawkins.

Think RayJ makes his decision tomorrow morning/afternoon.

Could very likely be a 1/3 or a 3/3 scenario. No inbetween…

Sure sounds to me 1/3 2/3 3/3 are all options still.

Nah … TJ & Hawkins decisions are made …

RayJ has his decision made as well … Just keeping it more private and I’m not allowed to say anything yet …

Scott has already talked to Flagler … He’s decided which way he’s going …

It’s assumed TJ is back that’s 1/3

But if Flagler stays in the draft, RayJ commits to Baylor… Hawkins might not want to roll the dice on us just being okay again next year…. He’s made it clear he wants a PG and unfortunately time is not on our side with all of this.

It has to go:

1/2: TJ & Flagler decision

3. RayJ either privately or publicly by 11:00 tonight

4. Hawkins announce by 11:00

If Hawkins returns, expect RayJ to be here.

But like I said… Flagler is the key.

Pretty sure the insiders said that RayJ to ILL is 100% if flagler stays at baylor and 50/50 if he stays in the draft.
So not necessarily riding on flagler but better odds if he goes back to baylor

I would not think that TSJ decision is contingent upon what Flagler or RayJ does.
That is a separate deal. You are right- RayJ decision is very contingent upon Flagler.

We will get an experienced PG no matter what and I am sure staff have assured TSJ of that.
TSJ is the prize of this whole process if he comes back.

Exactly.

& if Hawkins is waiting this out until the very end…. Writing on the wall is his fate is in Flagler/RayJ decisions ultimately. So Flagler once again is the key to all of this… Flaglers decision I have absolutely 0 clue what his plan is. So 1/3 or 3/3 makes the most sense to me. I trust Indy, and I feel confident… but I also really love having 2 nuts that function properly…

No commit is a shot of malort, 1 commit is a beer, 2 commits is a margarita, 3 commits is champagne. What drink should I buy?

Just want to call out that there is a decent amount of Baylor smoke from more nationally centered industry sources for RJD. He may just be waiting to see what Flagler does (if he stays in draft as expected, many think he will go Baylor). The insiders on this site may have a more accurate angle, but they also may just be hearing the smoke from Illinois’ camp, not the more national and sometimes less biased resources
