Imagine we play defense like Iowa State and offense like the Golden State Warriors. I still remember the UCLA game where he almost singlehandedy got us back in the games with his defense/steals!

This is it for me. Hopefully he sees himself in light of CH sticking through it, growing and having upper classmen success. Great to have a few of those guys, grab a few proven sophomore underclassmen to bring in and develop and a strong haul of old men in the portal every year. Love that formula!I love the fact that Harris knows BU is bringing in highly skilled and proven players... and yet doesn't waiver on his commitment. Seems like he believes that he belongs with that group!!
My take is that he's trying to make himself look good and like he's supporting the kid ...
Which I am as well ... He's a young man who is free to make his own choices ... He chose to leave ... Wish him the best ...
But when you and your family tells the program that you're scared he isn't going to get PT and then demand certain amount of MPG or you want out of your NLI ?? That's SOFT ... No way around it ...
Prime Example: You think when we brought in Mark Smith that Trent wasn't worried about his role ? He went out there and took it from Mark and look what happened ? Trent became a LEGEND ... At least to me ...
Trent Frazier aint soft ... Brad aint soft ... And frankly if you want to be soft ... This ain't the place for you ...
Minutes are earned on the court ... Not handed out over the phone ...
We were his ONLY P5 offer ... He got that 4th star and all of a sudden he thinks he can toss around demands ... When the only reason he got that 4th star was because he was committed here ..... If he committed to UCSB you thinking he getting that 4th star ??
I, like you, see a lot of promise on SH. He is only a sophomore and we could have him as a 3 year player getting 18 - 22 - 25 minutes a game very easily?View attachment 33344
Yeah, I get that it's fun to dream about the new guys we might get, but give me as many guys as possible already in the program staying and proving themselves.
Gimme a Domask and Coleman return. Add Storr, a pg, and a center and lets get a championship.Sencire
Ty
DGL
Goode
Davis
Morez
Amani
Jakstys
Assuming Nico is going to enter the portal, this isn’t a bad start at all. Really holding out hope for a Domask return. He’d be a Preseason 1st team All American IMHO
Shakespeare probably could haveI don’t think anyone could have said that better
Either.
As long as they don't sign with one of the 17 other BigTen programs.
That's a tremendous amount of talent to manage and if it comes to fruition, that's why Brad makes the big bucks. Let's go!Gimme a Domask and Coleman return. Add Storr, a pg, and a center and lets get a championship.
Transfer pg, Storr, Domask, Coleman, Transfer 5.
Bench mob: Ty, Goode, DGL, Harris, Morez, Amani, Davis
Maybe not enough minutes to go around because they would be 12 deep with guys that I think could make an impact.
That's exactly what I was going to post, glad I took the time to read! The making a free throw highlight is really what sold me, excited to have him back.
Something something growth plates and neck height. How tall is Buck now? Although not a great angle, he looks just as tall as Goode at 2:16 in that video montage.
If you watch the highlights he put on X, then you'd see he definitely got better... He was cooking everyone on the team(including TSJ)If Harris is our 6th man he either improved his game a lot or the insiders were wrong and we didn’t get great talent coming in
If Luke comes back he probably will be the first off the bench. That assumes we fill out our starting rotation. I could see Harris getting 10 minutes next year unless he developed a consistent shot
I think Harris in 2 years could develop into a good college basketball player on both sides of the ball
Let’s pump the brakes on a practice highlight film….someone’s comparing him to TJ
Hundreds of practices….i can find 5 minutes of video where it looks like some of our guys have never played basketball before lol
I'm with 0440 on this one. I saw his post #255 after I posted mine. As of last night, we still don't know for sure where the coaching dominoes fall. Everything is broad brush at this point.painting with a very broad brush
if you aren't encouraged by that Harris clip, I don't know what to say. only the lunatics think he's gonna be Shannon v2.0. hell, I haven't seen anyone proclaiming Harris as a starter, much less an AA
fans are bummed about Butler, but he's the one who opted out
Tons of discourse on how good he can be on the offensive end. Biggest takeaway to me at least is that having a guy we know can be a menace on the defensive end make the choice to stay and fight for a role on this team (especially in this climate of CBB) is a guy I want wearing the orange and blue.
March BradnessThis time of year for the last 3 years! (counting this one). It's becoming a tradition!
EDIT: Now we just need to come up with a name for it.
