I'm not going to lose any sleep about Storr to KU.................I'm really really not........................

They got the girlfriend a spot on the WBB team ...

Kansas never wavered on their original offer ...

Ole Miss took Davis ... Arkansas said we don't want you at the asking price ... Texas was not even recruiting him ... We were not willing to go higher than the offer we gave ...

And in the end ... Kansas was the most $$$ ... Had the girlfriend there ...

Surprised Storr camp didn't wait a little longer considering they came down nearly 500k off their asking price ...

Coleman has his ups and down but bleeds orange and blue. He is a 4 year Illini who has never entered the portal. Nobody can ever doubt his effort on the floor. He sacrificed his body to guard two all american 5's because it was best for team. Even if his knee is not recovered I would love for him to come back for a 5th year. He can still shoot from downtown, handle the ball and pass. Great Illini who was overshadowed by TSJ All American year and Marcus first team All B10 but very important to our team. Wish him nothing but the best. Hope he makes NBA but always welcome back at Illinois.

Ugh, sending it to Shams to break is incredibly self-aggrandizing and obnoxious. "Look at me, I'm an NBA player temporarily plying my trade in college"

Good luck getting him to pass to anybody, Bill.

Count me out of the NIL race for his fourth season next year.
It's undeniable for what he did at Wisc last year. It is nice to have a Storr replacement who can pass though.

I don't know about anyone else but I hope our center to be named later is around 7 feet and has some skill on both sides of the ball. Don't want to get bullied underneath again this coming year. Need a legitimate rim protector.

Maddox has a higher NIL offer from both Louisville and Xavier....
If your asking youselves how/why.....
Illinois has two big time guys lined up. They don't want to overspend for Maddox to put that in jeopardy.
All I will say for now. Things will get rolling soon..

The plan is to add another 2 guard, wing, and 5. No Maddox stinks, but part of me wants DGL to play that role as a bench scorer. Really high on his upside

I expect the two big time guys to be a wing and big
Love to hear this from one of our insiders. More positivity please!

So if Hawkins is likely to go undrafted or make an NBA roster then why not comeback and get paid well? I can't understand why he wouldn't at least ponder it.
