I love this time of the year with this flight trackers…..This is my first post on Illinois Loyalty so if I’m wrong to post I’m sorry. I was following the flight tracker last night did anyone see where n457qs was last night? White Plains, NY. That is where Boogie is from. It went from Champaign to Lexington to South Bend to Florida to White Plains. Some one is cooking.
Won’t be surprised if he ends up at DePaul with his old coach.
So apparently there was some rumors on Twitter yesterday about Goode entering the portal and going to IU. Trilly Donovan dropped a message in the IU discord this morning saying there is a ton of smoke around that and he will be looking into that today. Do our insiders got any info on that?
Good point- I’m sure OA and others from the staff are there- who did they visit in Florida?
If he goes to IU he will be playing exactly the same role he was playing here….he’s not going to start,maybe he will be making more NIL bags.
I know. Losing him to Indiana for an identical role would be very easy to turn heel on him
I wouldn't be shocked. Someone is gonna have to leave if they want to add everyone they are going after. Will see on the IU part though

I love Luke and what he has brought to our program no matter where he plays next year. I also couldn’t blame him for looking and going to a better situation for him. But IU…
Really hope Goode doesn’t leave. Need experienced guys to stick around to keep the EDG culture flowing.
I understand Fland as a major focus, but is Jayden Quintance a possible target also? He would be a 2 year player, as he won't be qualified to be a one and done due to his reclass to 2024. He has as high a ceiling as anyone in the class, and with OA as a coach, he could be an absolute monster by the 25-26 season. Can you imagine him and Morez as second year players in the front court, along with JFears and Boswell? 80% of a championship starting lineup, IMO. 247 seems to show that we haven't offered him. Insiders, anyone?
I think the portal and NIL has killed the "FamILLy" moniker.
I think it’s a bad idea to push all of the guys you’ve been selling on being EDG s out the door in favor of the newest shiny toys. I understand how competition works, but why did Cal leave Kentucky? He got the most talented (admittedly younger) guys , threw them together and watched them come up short in postseason. I think continuity matters. Guys like Goode and Ty provide that.
