@ever Easy answer to your question from previous thread:

Boswell is a proven player, played PG 30 mins per game on a team that was ranked top 5-10 all season long.
He was last of their starters in minutes played, pts/gm, WS, ORtg, DRtg (essentially tied), TS, etc, and worse overall than TSJ/Domask.

We wasn't even necessarily first in assists, with three players essentially tied (in a different order depending on which metric).

I'm sure he'll be a fine player for us, but not one I'd count on to be a top one or two player to make us great. He might be, but in my opinion his metrics make him less proven than TSJ/Domask.

Is Omoruyi asking for too much NIL? Haven't seen a lot about him, but I liked his game last year.

Man, you just keep saying the same <wrong> thing over and over again.

Boswell's year last year was better than TSJ's last year at Texas Tech. And Boswell is 3ish years younger than TSJ was at that time.

Sorry for being a dunce, but I have seen that name (Rod) in several posts recently and can't for the life of me figure out who that is. All I can think of is Rod Cardinal. Please remind me (with the Swiss cheese brain) who this is again. Thanks.

As a very young sophomore. Surprising to many but generally college players get better from one season to the next.

To add to this, DGL was born on Feb 1, 2005 and couldn’t get off the bench for a top 10 team. Boswell was born April 18, 2005, and he started for a top 10 team (who finished 4 spots higher than us in KenPom) playing 27 minutes a game.

If there’s any kid you could expect a giant leap from over the next 1-2 years, it’s Boswell.
