If he is a on student visa at all, he can’t collect NIL (US based NIL to be more specific) period. Source: I was on a student visa for 14 years from high school, college and then grad school
I thought I read someone in that situation had the donors contribute to a good cause instead.

we're chock-a-block with Eeyores. a lot of the same folks who claimed this past season's squad was destined to be mediocre are doin' it again. it's April, people
As the Grand Marshal of last June’s Sky Is Falling Parade, we simply don’t have enough information to rationally be freaking out.

My excitement-to-worry ratio has drifted a bit, I confess, but we don’t have a team to really react to yet either way.

I've been a Hawk believer, fan, and defender for years. It was an absolute pleasure watching him grow, improve, and become the ultimate Swiss army knife. He played his senior year with a bum knee and still managed to get us another banner and to a place in the tourney we hadn't been in 19 years. Inarguably, he's leaving the program in a better place. We can't ask for anything more. He has the skill set to thrive in the NBA if he gets the right opportunity. And when his pro career is over, I hope he comes back and announces. He's incredibly eloquent and knowledgeable about the game. I'll miss him on the court, trolling fans on social media, and talking to reporters. An Illini legend.

Well they can at least wait until our roster is set. That being said it would be nice to get all of our top players first and be filling in the supporting cast instead of the other way around.

They didn’t. This would be under the jurisdiction of USCIS and Dept of Homeland Security, way above NCAA’s pay grade

10 blocks in 24 minutes, uh, Ole Miss, you might want to try a different avenue.

Sure would have made things less worrisome had he entered with a do not contact. Illinois has shown they used all there budget on assistant coaches, Daddy Brad and a 40 million dollar renovation. Funds are tight!

I've come to the conclusion they simply can't help themselves
I realized long ago that we choose (consciously or not) to live based on a psychology of abundance or scarcity. Loyalty denizens are no different in that manner from a random sample of the population.

I'm a glass-more-than-half-full guy. At this point it seems somewhat stubborn, if not willfully mulish, to refuse to acknowledge that BU is in firm control of maintaining an elite program, has the capacity and will to adapt as necessary, and that we enjoy one of the savviest, most competitive ADs in the market.

Look around the BT18, friends. Where men's BB is concerned whom would you rather be right now? Really. O&B = slam dunk.
