There were rumors that if Coleman or Domask were to come back, we had donors outside of NIL to foot the bill?! Why don't these guys step up to help land players we need through the NIL system? I'm surprised that our basketball NIL pool is very average? We have a huge alumni association.

So where would this team rank preseason? God do we have that much to spend? Goodness this one might even be better than last tbh.

Those guys are already donating HUGE coin ... They were willing to go above and beyond what they already donate for those 2 guys ...

Rejoice, seekers of parity in college basketball. Nobody can afford to just sweep the best assets because there are too many other deep pockets desperate to have them.

But we are the kind of power player who can land one of these guys. Let's go eat.

Our NIL pool appears to be well above average.

JMO. I graduate from college and complete 4 years of eligibilty. I want to use my covid year and don't enter portal by May 1. NCAA says I am not eligible so I go to court and get an injunction. I am pretty confident the court would grant the injuction stating that I had good chance to win my case. Especially if it was same judge who ruled that NCAA could no mandate 1 year sitout for 2nd transfer.

Would Wooga Poplar be a little cheaper than Kadary Richmond or would they be pretty similar?

To my untrained eyes Wooga looks like a better fit, and if he does happen to be a bit cheaper, all the better.

That's not what you said ... You said we don't have the money ... I'm saying we do ...

I wouldn't bet the farm on us getting all 3 of those guys obviously ...

But even landing 2 ? That's quite the accomplishment ... And we have the resources to get 3 of those "kind of guys" ...

I keep hearing the same. That we have a ton of NIL.

I'm a bit concerned that towards the end of the portal teams will be dumping huge bags on mediocre talent out of a "if you dont use it you loose it" mindset.
Also pains me a bit that with all the resources and inroads we made with Storr, we pinched pennies at the end of the day.
That being said, I have full faith in Brad and staff. They have earned our trust. We'll see what things look like a month from now.
