I wonder, if he blows up at a mid-major school and after onr or two years of being really good at the mid-major, would Illinois take him back if he so desired? Of course, it would depend on "need". It just seems that if a player transfers out, he never comes back (and in many instances, that is good thing). And I think that is the unwritten rule at other schools as well. But I think it would be cool if that happened.

Like Indy Illini Fan, I too think that 6'6" 235 lbs F Dillon Jones of Weber State is a DUDE, an excellent player. A similar but different player, 6'7" 190 lbs F Trazarien White Jr. of UNC Wilmington, is an excellent player also. But I wonder if either would overlap too much with Dre White, Jake Davis, and Ty Rodgers, all of whom are already on our roster?

The short answer is…He is if our staff says so…
I love Dain.
I love Luke. Is Jake Davis an upgrade over
Goode? Probably. No one knows a 100 % until the rubber soles hit the pine.
Like I said…I love Dain. But he has to be used a certain way to be most effective.

It depends on what we’re trying to cobble together schematically.
But, yes I would much rather have PJ.
