Just sharing some bigger picture thoughts about roster turnover:
(1) The constant roster churn just means you are bringing in more players that are only financially committed to the staff and/or university. I've seen some comments from folks saying that the Morez decision is making them believe the staff should give up on high school recruiting, but I feel like the decision to de-emphasize the high school recruiting has really hurt. There needs to be a renewed commitment to high school recruiting and long-term commitment towards retention.
(2) Ignoring the discussion about Hamer/Tyler and speaking more generally, the same issue about roster churn applies to coaching staff churn. Relationships matter and treating the coaching staff as expendable pieces increases the risk of losing players.

I certainly would expect Tomi to declare for the draft. It would certainly make sense to get feedback like many others have recently but they have that decided to come back.

Tomi should declare and get feedback. Will he come back is the bigger question.
I want Tomi back so so badly, and will be so bummed if he doesn't run it back.
But weren't people just a few hours ago blaming Brad for not preparing kids for the NBA? Now we're going to blame him for improving Tomi's draft stock to the extent that he goes pro?

Thank God, 121 pages and at some point I expected a post that Antigua was moving on. Sorry, everything looks hunky dory after a win and screaming in the locker room, but with all of the changes thru the years, coaches, players, etc. I’m not so sure Brad is the people person many might think he is. Insiders please slap me if I’m wrong.
