how likely do you think Ty will agree to a bench role after redshirting after a starting on an E8 team?
Hopefully someone on staff is showing him film of this guy…

small guard, alright player at the mid major. he can be a good player elsewhere but with the guys we are said to be after, don't think he'd best fit the bill.@Indy Illini Fan Have not seen the name in some time but has there been any interest in Malachi Smith from Dayton?
For sure can afford Sarr and Dix along with several other guys, Yaxel would depend on donors. Either way, Yaxel is a pipe dream. We might get any of Sarr, Dix and Yaxel (sounds like an Animaniacs law firm), but neither we nor any other school can afford all three of them.
Sarr is the biggest fish of all IMO.Yes you're probably right. Sarr seems firmly in the "big fish" category now, so if you got both him and Dix, that's probably it for that type of guy.
The only school that has ever landed multiple top 10 NIL transfers is West Virginia where one of them was the coaches son. There's quite a bit of teams with unlimited NIL so not 100% sure on that one. (Arkansas, BYU with big game donors; perhaps also blue bloods like Kansas, Duke)
As was said at every step of the way last year. For sure can afford Sarr and Dix along with several other guys, Yaxel would depend on donors.
Not going to happen

Yes there's been contact - there's a connection to Antigua there. Not sure if he's a true plan A guy as of now though.
Dang, so my guess was wrong about Hamer leaving the meeting in tears?#TheMeeting …

Most places are using him as an interior presence exclusively. Maybe Chicago State might let him jack up a couple treys per game.Should Morez commit to Michigan, I fear they’d utilize him as an interior presence almost exclusively. Don’t get me wrong, I won’t be cheering for him. But, I also won’t be hoping to see him fail.
I’d be curious to see his role there especially if Danny Wolf returns for 1 more season. I get the sense there’s empty promises from Michigan here.
Go Illini
What, they were obviously in scramble mode trying to find good players after many swings and misses in the portal and Demin. Fortunately the were able to snag KJ and Tomi or we were looking at a disastrous season. Hopefully we get some of our early picks this year and don't have to go through that again.I know that the Euro's were technically later adds.. But isn't it entirely possible they elected to pass on some of the higher priority transfers because they knew they had Tomi, KJ, and Will as viable options that most likely cost less than the likes of Storr?
Their priority has been and should be retention before massive transfer adds.

What's the health situation there?#TheMeeting …

What's the health situation there?
He missed a bunch of time with a back injury, came back briefly, and then got hurt again?
I'd like to see him be able to run at Tennessee, I'll be rooting for him (not against us)Please be Arkansas, please be Arkansas

I'll say itI don’t know what I can and can’t say about the health situation at this point …
What I can say is he’s healthy and ready to play …
I'd guess a Justin Bolleck-type situaiton.I'll say it
Back was feeling good mid season and he wanted to sit out to preserve eligibility.
But that being said, we have fletch and you've seen what he's done for guys like Skyy and TJ. Wouldn't worry about it.
I agree. All I’m saying is at least one of the primary reasons provided for his departure was his utilization. I believe he’s making a mistake if he wants his role opened up/expanded. Most schools will not want to utilize him that way. Most places are using him as an interior presence exclusively. Maybe Chicago State might let him jack up a couple treys per game.
