Had a tornado pass through just a half mile north of my house. Destroyed many buildings and snapped off the utility poles a mile down the road. Been out of power for 5 hours. Thankfully I have a generator

I agree- Sarr is much more ready than many are giving credit for. He’s playing with former NBA players and his athleticism will translate right away, and he’s a 43% 3pt shooter this year after working on his shot

I will say he’s not playing a big role for his team, he played 8 min today and didn’t score but he had a 5 game stretch where he was starting because of injuries when they were playing in the Spanish league and he was getting in double figures consistently - he’s just behind older guys that have more experience

It's possible, he is eligible age-wise. I also saw some blog which also suggested he may be interested in staying with Barcelona for one more year, and also offered a Caris LeVert comp which I found interesting.

Sarr will be an alpha dog wherever he goes in the NCAA if that's his decision.

Our power is also out. I have a neighbor about 1/4 mile East with no power, and another ~1/4 mile south. No lights either direction. Our generator is well liked. People who live in the middle of nowhere should have one.
If you wish you had a generator, next time you are buying a vehicle spend $5000 less than you want and buy a generator, or just buy a generator. Ours is about 10 years old, I don't know what they cost now.

I'm with you, I don't see how Basheer Jihad is eligible. 2020-21 was the free eligibility year. He didn't get to college until the following year. He has played at least 28 games every year for four years.

Going by history, most of our big gets have been in May or later.

Tomi committed May 6
KJ committed May 24
Will Riley committed June 23.
TSJ committed April 29.
TSJ came back to Illinois end of May.

I have no doubts it’s gonna be like that this year. I fully expect Tomi to not officially be back until he hears back from the NBA. His brother declared twice for the draft before returning both times which means Big Z can’t do it again. But I think Tomi would go thru same process.

I’m sure the staff is going to look for reclass players and internationals.
