I really hope we can lock down Davis, there is upside there, really crafty offensive player.

It will be interesting to see where DGL lands, kinda hard to know what his market value might be.

For heaven's sake he better not end up back at Purdue.
You need players who know their role and can give you productivity in short burst. He plays hard and makes shots. Great 8th/9th man

I liked DGL's spark off the bench but I won't miss his mother's tirades on social media

I'm guessing Purdue has 0 interest. I'd guess Indiana is more likely since they don't have anyone on their roster at this point.

Will miss DGL. There's a way to exit properly. DGL exited properly. Morez got some bad advice and exited poorly. Character is part of what the NBA or future teams see. Proceeding with grace and humility gets you further......

I'd have invested in DGL. Bet on your own guys.
Agree. I know Kylan played amazing the last month plus but DGL was certainly pushing him hard for minutes before he got sick. He was really providing a burst offensively.

And on defense I know people have said he fouled too much and maybe that’s the case. And I also know that there have been rumblings of a coaching change/likely change in philosophy, but if we continue to play drop or some variation of it DGL is a better fit for that than a lot of other guards we put out there IMO. He’s small and quick and hard to screen. We keep putting big bodies out there like Marcus, KJ, Ty, and even Kylan who get picked off and leave us at a disadvantage.

Anyways, big time talent. Seems like an EDG. Sorry we couldn’t find a role for him. Best of luck. Will root for him wherever he goes.

Best of luck DGL!!!

On another note, should be getting a Sellers announcement soon. I think Dix is leaning towards Illinois as of now as well.
Whether it’s Josh or someone else, we need a knock down shooter badly.

All the best to DGL...loved watching him play and he had some monster moments of brilliance in hte past two years

Everyone will remember the OSU dunk but my favorite was when he absolutely cooked Oregon defenders on like 2-3 straight drives in the first half of that beatdown.

I wish that DGL worked out for us, and I don't think I understand why he didn't. But this definitely seems like one of those transfers out that makes sense for everyone involved. I do hope that he ends up in a place where he can be a dude because it does feel like he has that in him. Just please, come on...don't pull a Morez...

I hope this board shows DGL the respect he deserves. This is one that I truly hope finds success. I’ll always root for this kid.
Even if he goes to Michigan?

I hope he goes to mid major. If he has success, he can always transfer again to power conference.

After some of her comments on Twitter Dra's mom would probably rather take her own eye out with a spoon than see Dra at Purdue.

Of course, everyone is completely transparent and honest while posting on social media, particularly the Twitterx.
