Our “pipe dream” who we had absolutely no chance with just committed to Michigan
In this case, if he would get drafted, would they announce him as being from UAB or Michigan? Just curious.

Pass on Luis …

UAB … He never enrolled at Michigan …
Makes sense, thanks.UAB … He never enrolled at Michigan …
This fanbase sorely needs some news, and I think they are going to get some soon.
He better learn to like playing low post because it's the only way he can be effective.Wonder what Morez’s dad thinks about that development. I thought PF was Morez’s position. He won’t be happy being a back up or playing low post. Isn’t that why he left ? Didn’t like the way he was being used . Or was it just about the Benjamins?
Wagler and Lee are always listed on the top of these threads. I do not remember much about their recruitment and signing. Are they expected to contribute? I am guessing not since everyone's projected lineups leave them out.
He was also a lot less efficient.Mirkovic averaged more points and rebounds than Tomi did two years younger on the same professional team. He's not the greatest jumper, but he can play. Would be one of the best euros in college next year.
Didn't Luis get benched in the tournament because he was being selfish and not coachable? If Pitino doesn't want him, I don't want him.

Two names to keep an eye on.
There will be more to come with the second round of transfers coming.
actually not the case. i've seen a lot of "pass" remarks on him from other teams as well. Quite mysterious.I mean, I'm glad we're going after Luis but so is everyone else.
I've been a college hoops fan for >50 years. I had to re-learn something this March: a lucky team like Michigan having ample talent, that seems to have hit the wall and have little left, can right the ship and make a run. Will start by saying I think May is good coach
Though, I do agree with altgeld that a Final Four appearance via non-P5 school doesn't instantly make you elite
Nobody is shaking in their boots to go up against Larranaga or Brian Dutcher, although like May, they are or were good coaches in their own right
Michigan loaded up in the front court last year as well, and we took an injury ravaged squad into Ann Arnor and thumped them by 20
I guess I should have clarified - I don't think you have to start to contribute. Even when people have listed their 1 - 8 or 9 (I should have said rotation rather than lineup, I suppose) so as to include Davis they really haven't included them. Not many top 25 teams are starting non-top 50 freshman …
Don’t you dare get my hopes up with RJ- I can’t take it.

The lack of composure is entertaining, however. This fanbase sorely needs some news, and I think they are going to get some soon.
I’m going to assume you have some insider info that the rest of us can’t get from watching him play… this dude can ball. VERY streaky shooter but I certainly wouldn’t just pass on him. Just my opinion thoughPass on Luis …
