You aren't the only one with doubts about Bos being full time point and running offense. He's not done it well full time throughout a full season in his college career. He was good at points last season but he was extremely shaky at times. It was overshadowed by KJ's carelessness

I think Tomi has a ton more to unlock as a pass up top though.

While I don't think he's a full time option, I think Ty will be invaluable as a utility 6th man that can play several positions. Which in retrospect would have been great last season vs. the Humrichous experiment and just started Riley from the jump.

Is it possible for us to add Sarr, Haggerty, and Jackson, or maybe only 2 of 3?
No, not going to happen. 2/3 would be amazing. Like I said they have a chance with Jackson, but tough competition. Still have a couple guys that are going to enter, but that might fly out the window depending on what happens here.

Don't see Haggerty being a realistic option for us. Not one of the guys I was alluding to.

Just curious I think you have to prioritize Haggerty over the other two and then fill the spots accordingly if the money is available for him.

That’s hilarious. So Brad can’t win with all those NBA players? So I guess yeah 2-3 is too low. He has proven that to be a fact. So yeah thats Not enough

There's still A LOT of portal time left, but this will likely turn into a Skyy type revelation. *Worst mistake of his life*
EDIT: the last part of this post (Morez)

Can we keep a guy with the ball from going around us to the basket without fouling him? That's where it starts for me. Is a guy observably stronger, quicker, more active than our opponents?
Play defense with your hands up and out to the sides while moving your feet on defense will do the job! I mean any player can go past or around someone playing defense like a telephone pole. Hands down to their sides isn't defense. Don't be lazy on D, and quit just ball watching, while your man is cutting backdoor or moving. Leaving the helper to leave his guy to help them, and throw the entire defense into scramble mode. Which usually leads to an easy bucket.

I probably dreamt this…BUT…
Didn’t the United States, ever so briefly, attempt/ at least toy with the idea of going metric ? and collectively everyone just sorta said screw that…that’s just too hard. 😂 Then it was never to be spoke of again…lol

* I apologize for the tangent.
Yes, and if we had, children would not have to waste so much time learning how to manipulate fractions, which I think the Geneva Conventios have classified as a form of torture.

The Most Valuable Team in College Basketball Is…

"The numbers are the product of a regular study conducted by Brewer, who begins his research with a simple question: What would these teams be worth if they could be bought and sold like a pro sports team?

He answers it by studying revenues and cash flows while making financial projections about the team’s sustainability. In a way, it’s not different than it would be if he were analyzing the value of any other business. "

I’ve always felt Illinois was snake bitten when it comes to winning a national title. And after seeing Florida win another one, it really had me thinking. Then to see this list and Illinois is the only one on this list without a title makes it even worse. I dont care that OSU came in the 60’s or whatever, they still have one. It blows my mind that for how successful Illinois has been throughout the years, there has never been a “lightning in a bottle” season where it all came together. But a school like Florida can be inconsistent year over year and somehow have it all come together to win from out of nowhere. Why does it seem like it can’t ever be Illinois’ turn?? Anyway, rant over. Sorry, had to put that out there. It’s cathardic.
