He was not having this dude poached.

A BadgerNotes correspondent at Buckys Burrow reported that immigration logistics have delayed any potential move to Madison, which Petrovic shared when asked where things stand with Wisconsin.

“The plan is for me to come to the University of Wisconsin,” Petrovic said. “Right now I don’t have any sure information, but I think and hope that I will become a part of the Badgers family.”

I disagree with this statement because Illinois has dealt with Miller handlers (irvins) for years. That is how they got Ayo and had to let Horton-Tucker go but Miller is not worth that kind of money, period. His stats prove that over his college career period. He hasn't played on winning teams since his freshman year at Illinois. The kid will be 24 years old in January. He has never averaged more than 12 ppg in his career. Hell Arizona State won't pay him the kind of money he wants. This was always a scheme to get more money from the highest bidder. He has never been an all conference type player and is frankly a role player in my opinion.

Out of nowehere.

To put that get into context, the equivalent of a top 10-15 portal guy. One of the best players in a really good league. Think Balkan Braden Smith.
How tall is he?

Just read Wisconsin piece he is 6’3

He also noted that Jovic is in a similar situation.

This isn’t a matter of whether or not there’s mutual interest—it’s about working through the red tape. And while timelines are still up in the air, the sense is that if the visa situation gets cleared, Wisconsin will be ready to welcome both players into the basketball program with open arms.

Oops!

When will NCAA teams start scheduling to play Euro league teams in season? Wonder how many coaches didn’t even consider an established pro an option just out of habit.

Makes me think there was some mis-direction going on by the staff that this board ran wild with. LOL
I'm totally OK with that!
