BU pass on him? I don’t know why you would have GA spend all that time recruiting him and have BU say no . Sarr would have really helped our athleticism but what do I know! Would of been a high 1st round pick in 2026

The shocking thing was how little money players were getting under the table. The rumor was that a payment of $200k secured the commitment of Anthony Davis to Kentucky back in 2010 which is a preposterously low figure for the best player in the country.

I don't think we've even seen what the market will bear yet... A few weeks ago, 2 million seemed like a massive overpay... Now a top 20 portal player isn't even picking up the phone for that.

I think it's more of something like Sarr said he needs $4 million to commit and BU/Illinois said that they would only pay $3 million. Who passed on who in that scenario? Probably depends on which side you ask.

I will start at the 2 for the low price of 500k. I'm 5'11" (and 3/4) and can't shoot or touch the rim, but play with a ton of heart (until I run out of breath, which is about 3 possessions)
