I can tell you two things for certain:

1. The Illinois visit produced an agreement in principle.

2. Other schools haven’t given up because they haven’t been told no yet.

I'm currently assuming Mirk starts at the 4. Big Z and Tomi will play together in spurts, but I think Big Z is backup 5.

I was just going to say this. Tomi is not a 4. Nimble on offense but nowhere near mobile enough on D to survive. Im not sure if it was the Kentucky game, but there was a game where he was being hunted (as the 5) & in foul trouble the whole game. I cant imagine him starting at the 4.

I am with you..What his camp tells us formally and informally can be and probably is totally different that what is actually occurring...The MJ Saga recently and going all the way back to Eric Gordon should have taught everyone that..The fact remains he hasn't officially announced anything, despite implications that he would announce yesterday or definitely by today...and that cannot be good for us..

My best friend's dad is an insider for Florida Gators and he said his father told him that as of 2 hours ago Florida is in the lead for stojakovic

Agreement in principle is usually a 99% certainty in pro leagues.

That said, why do we need to be silent about it? That stuff gets out all the time.

This is actually a pretty soothing recruiting process compared to the anxiety induced by my job right now.
