Well, at least our leash is short with other teams players too, not just our own. The guy has played two games.
Can we be surprised anymore when a top euro prospect is now commanding a huge number? It happens every season then we get upset we lose the bidding war. Underwood is gonna find his guys. I've stopped doubting that. I just now assume any name we are connected to won't even be on our radar come April.

Center should not be as big a concern. We'll have Z and maybe (just maybe) Tomi. We need to figure out how to replace Boswell.
Yes, I think replace Boz, but would also love to see some more athleticism added too assuming Ty does not regain full athleticism. Ethan Brown helps, but one more athlete, imo.

Can we give BU and the staff the benefit of the doubt when it comes to roster construction? Especially when we’re 2 games into the season BEFORE the one people are complaining about?

I see Ty at nearly all the Illini women's games, too. He feels pretty bought into the Illini culture here.

I can say I don’t get the vibes I was getting from some guys who hit the portal last year from these new guys … I was on here in November and December last year saying how pissed Morez and his camp were …
Not a word about anyone being upset this year … I mean sure they’re upset they’re hurt and want to play … That’s to the be expected … But I’ve heard no drama …
I wish I was kidding but I'd take Ty on staff now over Hamer.
I watch how he runs and even with big numbers I am skeptical (and happy to be) about the NBA coming calling early. I think he might have a Luka Garza as a point forward career with a similar path to the NBA on a longer time horizon. If that happens in the O&B I'd be ecstatic.
Jokic doesn’t run very well either … Dude is pretty good …
Lot of scouts think Mirk is very similar to Jokic … If I’m a team in the later 20s … I like the potential …
