Such an overrated concept. Just sign the best talent from anywhere in the world. This isn’t the 80s/90s where you could build a pipeline to a specific school, most of the top players are transferring to out of state basketball academies.

Good to hear, but how often do college recruiters pull more than one player from the same high school team?

I liked his game even after just watching the highlite news clip of Mason Martin (page 4) after he committed here last week. Nice big lefty wing who can shoot from deep and handles the ball well.

Now after having watched that clip, he's even much more impressive given he's just a sophomore. Kid has really good upside and if he gets taller, watch out!

Pretty sure he'll evolve into a must get kind of recruit, if not already especially with his HS teammate already committed.

anyone know what our stance is with Jaylan Mitchell? see he's with Overtime Elite now, so figure the SPIRES Academy didn't work out. no idea if he's back on the court and how he's doing. he's dropped from a 5 star (~20) to around 50th. injury (not playing) or something else? classic case of kid maturing far earlier than his cohorts? dunno, just guessing.

Together they mean really skinny kid with a very long neck.

Our recruiting 'afterthoughts' are other programs' top targets. Love it

Good questions. I'm a bit surprised that no one (so far) has answered.
