No doubt there will be heated arguments that include about 6 posters about who will start and who will play how many minutes. And you can bet your life, one of the guys on the roster now will be guaranteed to redshirt...and then become an Illini legend for hitting a winning shot against (?). Ring me up in Nov.

But wait!!! There is more to come? Anyone know where that refresh button is on a Chromebook? Asking for a friend.

You might be right but I guess it depends on the depth of draft next year. TSJ ended up 27 like the 2nd best player in the country. I hope Drej ends up 1st round but I am not certain even if he shoots 35 3pt%.

As others have mentioned, second year leap is very possible for him too. He could get strong with his interior shot, or dish it out, and improve his perimeter shot all be next year’s end. He’ll drastically improve his draft stock.

Crazy to be in a spot where it's basically natty or bust expectations. We've got the F4 taste and now with the #retention(plus hopefully and addition) that's where we're at.

Will be interesting to see how the team and fans handle that expectation and pressure when there is an inevitable rough patch. We know the fans won't handle it well, but this group seems connected enough to pull through

Or we just go undefeated 🏆 🤔

What’s kind of crazy is Dre was 21/82 for 24%. If he would of made 6 more 3’s for the year he would of been at 34% which is very acceptable
