Makes sense. With Michigan, we'll have to see if Morez stays in the draft, but they're losing 90% of the most critical pieces of their roster. That includes the strength of their roster, which was their entire frontcourt, which includes the conference player of the year.
They're transfer class might be very, very good, but you can't rip the guts out of a team and expect a top 5 season. Heck, Duke is losing this national player of the year. Boozer carried them in games that they probably should have lost, including round 1 vs Sienna.
We're also a question mark. We're losing an All American, plus, if I'm going to punch Duke in the gut over the NCAA Tournament, we could look at our path to the Final Four was paved beautifully for us. Playing a 14, 11, 2(By FAR our most impressive performance) and a 9(8??).....the draw was pretty much perfect.
You look at the whole list, less Florida, and you can poke holes in their argument.
Florida flat out didn't bother to show up for 25 minutes vs Iowa, but when they needed to turn off the water, they did. There was what, a 19 point swing in 13 minutes? When you play with your food and it gets under 5 minutes, anything can happen. Missed free throws and a three by an unlikely source and hey....they got what they deserved. You can look at that like a mess around and find out situation.
What they are bringing back and what there's acquiring......it's impressive. I don't see a question mark with them. JMO.
