Illinois has definitely learned their lessons from the Jeremy and Jeremiah Fears debacle. You give Pettigrew whatever he wants because they are waiting on him to decide for the class of 27. There are 2 highly ranked guards that want to come to Illinois as well but Pettigrew is definitely priority #1.
