Pettigrew would be amazing in O&B, presumably he would be a 5 star even with the '27 reclass. If we land him to think we would have a 5-star recruit for three years in a row is insane (Riley, Coleman, Pettigrew).
I'm pretty sure you'd have to go back to the 80's the last time that happened (I know the rankings were different)- Maybe Hamilton, Nick Anderson, Liberty would be the last run of three years in a row of top prospects (that was an insane run of talent back then)
3 Out of 4 yrs is still pretty good...
Reclass recruits typically drop in the rankings, so that's not close to a sure thing.
For context you would expect the 14th consensus recruit to end up at 24 to 44.
That said Brady has had a big summer that might have him in the top 10..

The Wagler explosion really changes things. Grab the spot while it's available. That was an idle "threat" in the past. not sure any more. There has to be others wanting to get in as well.
