Believe it's 15 rounds, so grab a beer and settle in on Monday night.

I don't think "a" beer will handle it! Besides, it may make for some interesting draft choices in the later rounds!

ps - Would picking team defense/special teams (same team I assume) be part of the 15 rounds?

I would certainly suggest drinking your beer at a responsible rate (like the dog).

And yep, defense/special teams are one unit and you can draft them. All available players can be drafted. Roster positions are as follows:

1 QB
2 RBs
2 WRs
1 TE
1 Flex (RB, WR, or TE)*
1 K
1 Def/Sp. Teams

6 bench players (can be any position)
1 IR (doesn't count toward your bench)

*Yahoo defaults to 3 WRs as opposed to a Flex, but I've been conditioned for years to use the flex. However, if there's broad support for 3 WRs, I could be convinced.

I'm cool with the Flex. Looking forward to the draft!

Well looks like I'll be at work until 10-11 Monday night so I'll be captain autodraft. I'll try to do my best to pre-rank players though.

Yikes, sorry to hear that!

Yeah, it's not ideal but it shouldn't be a dagger to the heart of my team.

(But it seriously might be, that Yahoo! pre-ranking system might be one of the worst I've ever seen, so you might see some really odd auto picks when my turn comes up. I'll check my team tuesday morning and it'll be 3 good picks then just all sleepers the rest of the roster haha)

Postponed Game in Miami

Curious, how will Sunday's postponed game affect our FF week 1? I only ask, because my opponent has 2 players that will not be able to play this weekend. Do we wait for the make-up date and add the stats then?

assume we would treat it like a bye... pick someone up / drop people / etc.

Luckily for the league, both teams had a bye week in week 11, so that fixed that. Otherwise, they probably could have played in a nearby city and borrowed their stadium.

I get you this week, so, I am sorry, but will be really disappointed if you still beat me, is that fair?

As others have mentioned already, this is essentially treated like a bye week. Stats would not get added back later on as that would just be a logistical nightmare for fantasy football purposes.

Wow. What an atrocious week 1 for fantasy. Just about nobody had a good week. I somehow squeaked out a win despite getting 12.8 COMBINED points from my QB (dear lord Dalton), 2 WRs, TE, and Flex.

Well, I was supposed to have the best lineup and finished.....10th in points. Ouch! I figured it would be a tougher week, facing some top defenses. However, if I had played my back-ups, I would of had a chance. Oh well. At the end of the season, are playoffs selected by record or avg points?

Record, with points as the tie-breaker. There are also two divisions, so top 3 from each make the playoffs.

Yeah that was an awful week. I don't know how I snuck that win.

I was the only one that had over 100 points in this league which I'll gladly take. Having Thielen, Montgomery, Stewart and the Carolina defense helped.

In a 14 team league I'm in, one of the owners in our league had Kareem Hunt...and still lost. His only double digit scorer was the Pittsburgh defense. He also had Dalton, T.Y. Hilton, and Jamison Crowder.

I'm in Tampa for the game tonight and was on planes and in airports all day yesterday and forgot to take Mixon out until after the game started ugh. I hope the football team appreciates my sacrifice.
