March Madness 2017 Thread

Brackets are out. Let the discussion begin.

We can get things started by looking at these topics (I know some of these have been somewhat discussed already on here):
-Thoughts on top 4 seeds in each region
-Biggest surprise in terms of seeding
-Biggest issue with the bracket as a whole
-Biggest snub among those who didn't get in

These are just a guide though. Anything and everything tournament related is worth discussion on this thread.

If it's at all possible we could just as well use this thread for the tournament action every day rather than having multiple threads during the tournament (I'll let Dan make the call on that though).

Does anyone know if there is a website out there that collects money and pays out the winners for you? I want to start a friend pool for money but I don't want to go through the hassle of collecting money from everyone. So I'm looking for a site where you have to pay up to enter the pool and then the site automatically pays the winner.

Well I'm in...probably should have asked my 8 year old daughter to pick them for me based on the how scary the mascots look.

Over half of our entrants had their opportunity for a perfect bracket go "poof" after just four games.

I'm in first place after the first round. Only picks I missed on were SMU (who I actually had going to Sweet Sixteen) and Maryland.

Only two other posters are projected to have more points than me based on the remainder of the bracket.

I did three brackets. The one for IL is toast, the one for my company is so-so, and the one for my original store is still pretty good.
