Ke'Shawn Vaughn transferring

Just saw this. Not ideal.

Don't think it's a HUGE issue. Corbin and Foster were excellent this year, and we also have Epstein/Bonner coming in. Dre Brown and Tre Nation aren't really "knowns" right now with Dre's injuries -- although I hope he can contribute, but if either of those 2 are contributors as well, I think we'll be fine at that spot. I wish Ke'Shawn luck, I'm sure he'll do quite well at his next stop.

I trust Lovie and the staff. If Jen was bumped down to 3rd string then there must be a good reason for it. Foster and Corbin looked way more explosive this season when carrying the ball. I wish Ke'shawn the best of luck.

Dre Brown will now have a more prominent role. Espstien will also benefit with more PT.

It's not a huge loss in terms of the position but dang. I really liked the kid and even got an old #5 jersey last year.

Disappointing but our run game was stagnant until Foster and Corbin took over. They clearly outplayed Vaughn

Hate to see the young man leave but I think he deserves more PT and if it is elsewhere, so be it. He got a raw deal as he really did show a lot of potential as a freshman.

I wouldn't call it getting a raw deal. Corbin and Foster were incredibly efficient this year, Vaughn was not, so those two moved above him. Wish him luck at his next stop, seems like a good dude, just didn't work out here.

Not hard to see this coming. He was clearly frustrated (including publicly on twitter) about his lack of PT.

Best of luck young man.

It's refreshing to see a kid part ways in a stand-up manner. Best of luck to him.

Well this is kind of a bummer. If we could take a hit to any position it was probably RB though. I will definitely be a fan of his wherever he ends up.

Never like to see a guy leave. Wish him the best. My thought on his game - while he did show great promise at times... I thought he tended to have tunnel vision on making a big play instead of taking 3-4 yard gain that may have been there... and never really showed great vision or ability to break tackles either. Corbin for example while lacking top end speed still had a great knack for finding holes and using his shiftiness to make gains even on poorly blocked plays.
