It really is all about the dough/crust, minimal sauce and cheese, and cooked in a wood-fired oven. Will be back there next week.After going to New York and, more importantly, Italy lately ... this is how I feel about pizza. I like sausage or veggie or whatever, but if a place is ACTUALLY known as a great pizza joint, I'll just get cheese. That's THE pizza that has for some reason been branded as like "boring" by Americans, which is really lame, lol.
