At least the second time he’s had an issue with another coach. Didn’t he threaten or get agressive with Mark Turgeon.

Howard should be suspended for the rest of the season at minimum. Also a hefty fine. And he should have charges filed against him.

Not to make light of it but I have to add, where did he think he was a Pizza Hut parking lot?

As I mentioned in another thread....not sure what constitutes "assault & battery"......but that's kind of what I think it would look like

If it's only two or three games, I'd be shocked. This was on National TV. Kevin Warren is going to be insanely ticked. If I'm Michigan, I'm trying to get out ahead of this and give him five games, hoping the NCAA deems that as acceptable.

I think Diakite was throwing punches after that happened too.

Howard postgame....doesn't sound remorseful at all...

“I addressed with the head coach that I will remember that, because of the timeout,” Howard said. “Someone touched me, and I think it was very uncalled for, for them to touch me, as we were verbalizing and communicating with one another. That's what escalated it.”

How about not holding yourself accountable. Making excuses for his actions. Blaming others for him being out of control. I need to google his comments after the k code t with Turgeon. Howard is an embarrassment to the university of Michigan and the B1G.

If Warren doesn’t take care of this he should be let go too. Hope all the ADs make sure Warren does his job.

Assault is threatening another with harm, battery is constituted by physical contact that is insulting or provoking, or actually inflicting physical harm. When you commit a battery in a "public place of accomodation" it's elevated to aggravated battery, a felony.
