Was trying to think if I've ever seen anything like that bombardment of flying bricks the final 8:30. Then it hit me. It was Tin Cup, when Roy "Tin Cup" McAvoy kept hitting shot after shot into the water hazard rather than lay up. I mean, I admire persistence as much as anyone...but crazy is crazy.
You cannot convince me this wasn't done on purpose. I tried to replicate this by rolling up a paper towel that had a TJ written on it (I know, it's silly). You have to TRY to get it wrong. Rolling up something that big it would take a kindergartner not to figure it out. Has you roll it up it would naturally unroll slightly and you would be able to tell it was upside down. This was a colossal effort to get back at TSJ in my opinion.

And they don’t need to. That Riley to Morez slip screen in the first half worked tk perfection three plays in a row. They had the inside play and Morez was getting fouled. They just decided not to go with it. Will always finds a way to get in close to the basket and score or get fouls. They stopped doing it.

I would also think that if you have a dysfunctional offense and defense you would make the necessary adjustments if you're a college basketball coach worth your salt, let alone a coach receiving a top-ten-in-the-country salary. I would also think that after we threw multiple games earlier this season by playing Ben 30+ minutes that Brad would realize that doesn't work and not do it anymore. Yet the box score from yesterday's game stands. Eventually you have to face the fact that our coach is who he is. Expecting a miraculous personality/mentality change at this point isn't realistic. Does that mean a miracle won't happen? No. But I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Not to pile on, and there's plenty of fodder that deserves discussion, but when we were up early, I marveled at the beautiful basketball and Morez making a statement. Then I realized we were up 15 and the red flags came. Playing more relaxed, not attacking, and I felt the dread. Seeing the 15 point lead drip drip drip down to nothing, to being behind, to the awful finish just made me realize there's something wrong with the team. One or two games, yeah you can find excuses, and we have many of them. But there's a trend in there as well.

This presser is the first time I've noticed nervousness in BU's voice and overall demeanor of his body language..........still a lot of the usual blah , blah , blah coach spin.........
Let's see if he plays Tre in the next game.......Let's see if DGL plays more than Ben................ The old adage of " the proof is in the pudding " scenario still stands and if he doesn't play Tre at all or DGL doesn't get more tick , then my support for BU RIGHT NOW goes on life support........I'm tired of " give all the credit in the world to ABC or XYZ " )..........

To be fair, when MSU was over the foul limit with 13 minutes to go, he should have had 10 second have foul shots. He handles the ball the most and is supposedly a lottery pick. He needs to be the guy who takes us home and it's not happening. Why? This shouldn't even be a discussion. We lack serious leadership and I think that it's supposed to be coming from him, on and off the floor. He's getting a bit of a free ride from the fans.

If Tre has been benched for something other than health, why not make an announcement saying "White has been suspended 2 games for violating team rules".
