Yeah, there is always a "plot twist" revealed a few days later. Personally I think won't be a good one for Tuck and/or MSU (admitting to the phone sex is massive red flag), but Matt Araiza and Shawn Oakman come to mind.
Personally I think Tucker is guilty.

Especially trying this with Brenda Tracy, a rape survivor and anti-sexual harassment activist, is extra WTF.
My experience working in and with higher ed is that dysfunction is more the rule than the exception. People in power roles doing dumb, sh!tty things with total hubris and few or no consequences. So I can see MSU admin sitting on this and only acting now that the cat's out of the bag.

Won't be the first, certainly won't be the last. I will say though, considering their basketball program, gymnastics program, and now their football program have all had high profile sexual assault and sexual harrassment cases, there needs to be a lot more heat on their athletic department regarding lack of appropriate safeguards and lack of institutional control.

If there was any justice in this world Ped St. and NU football programs would have received the death penalty, along with MSU’s entire athletic department.
I understand keeping things confidential to protect the alleged victim, but allowing him to coach and run the football program seems like a very poor choice by the administration, especially with everything that’s happened there - and after witnessing the Fitzgerald hazing backlash.

(a) these situations always stink for a million reasons, (b) I'm guessing 95% of all MSU procedural stuff is still unknown to the public (and possibly to most of MSU administration), and (c) there is a 99.9% chance this stuff never gets close to a court room.
Isn’t it largely dependent on the terms of his contract?
