Minnesota Homecoming game (Oct 29th): 11:00am CT

Exactly. Get over .500 and most of our games will be at 230

Not really. Ohio State and Michigan and Penn State and Michigan State play at 11 all the time.

But of course they don't, they play at Noon local time. That hour doesn't seem like much, but it makes a huge difference.

11AM Big Ten football is a monstrosity, it's unfair to the West division, and it should be eliminated entirely in the next TV contract.

Ohio state plays at 11 all the time? Lol, no they don't. In 2015, they played at 11 3 times. Michigan played 6 times at 11, but I guarantee you they won't be playing at that time too much anymore.

MSU only played at 11 4 times, PSU did 6 times, but that team doesn't do anything for me or a lot of people nationally. But to say those 4 teams play all the time at 11 is not true. Especially about OSU, Michigan (going forward), and MSU. PSU will be the team we see at 11 a lot.

I think you're making my point for me. Even the Big Ten elite play in the morning far, far too much.

You said all the time. OSU and MSU - the teams with the most recent success played a total of 7 games at 11 out of 25+ games.

Michigan hadn't been successful lately, but that's changing. They won't be playing many 11 am games anymore.

As S&C pointed out, there are no (zero) 11 am games east of Illinois. The eight teams from Indiana eastward only play at 11 am when they venture west.

7 out of 24 is still far too many.

That people choose to look at this issue as some sort of Randian test of honor is always puzzling to me. 11AM football is per se bad, period.
