Watching Messi is something special. He can do things that other humans can’t get close to doing.
For MLS to get Messi is like some league other than the NBA grabbing Michael Jordan (who also could do things that other humans can’t) in his prime.
In the short time that Messi has played in MLS he already reminds of the kind of affect that Bobby Orr had in his prime on a hockey game. He sees things that others don’t. He makes plays that others can’t. He makes the teammates around him better.
And he simply dominates the Game when he’s on the venue of play. Plus, it’s nice that Messi smiles a lot. It’s fun to watch someone who enjoys what he’s doing.
