Point taken all who replied, and thank you. I hope it was clear I was not denigrating Tyler.

However, in my own defense: 1) all replies referenced the same (supremely excellent, granted!) player, and my 'often' meant multiple players. 2) From all I've read, it was KW's AAU pushing more than we were pulling, though of course at some point Tyler picked up the ball and ran with it.

Having said that, given that Tyler's previous title was Director of Recruitment, I guess I must say my comment was not the best! Looks like Ethan Brown is Tyler's for this year's class.

Washington should just trade down to 2 and get Peterson. Let UTAH have AJ (whom they LOVE).

Peterson’s the best prospect in the class. Even expert evaluators have said it. If his Kansas thing puts AJ ever so slightly ahead, you could still get loads of assets… just to draft the best guard prospect since at least Ant Edwards.

ament at 6 would probably be the most absurd pick in years. (especially with the guard talent available)

It is if you realize most of these front offices draft on project vs who they truly believe is the right pick in order to try to extend their own career. Trust me my buddy is in a front office and its laughable.

Get someone athletic and young so you can preach ceiling and development.

The Bulls paid Patrick Williams 95 million after watching him not be able to play for the same reason to try and save their jobs saying he still had potential to ownership.

Was just looking at ESPN’s latest mock draft. They have Bryce Hopkins going to Bulls with the second of their round 2 picks. Made me chuckle.
