Too familiar of a sight on this forum.
All that matters...one week closer to 2019. Coran, your table is ready.
If you're sitting down to watch a team that plays 18 true freshmen and starts like 10 and you're expecting any better result than this, I'm not sure what else to tell you. Whether we win nine games in 2019 or we win three, this is how we're going to look in 2017 either way. This is sausage being made, and that ain't ever pretty.

Problem is, do you have any faith that this staff will have a better than average offense put together by 2019. Keep in mind that our HC has never put together a competent offense at any level of football.
People need to step back from the ledge. Anyone expecting any sort of success this year was expecting too much.
The conservative offensive plan would have worked if the defense had executed. The defense simply wasn’t able to pressure the qb, largely because it wasn’t big, fast and strong enough. Those things will get better in time.
Don’t judge now. Judge in 2019. People who don’t have patience for that should probably find another team to watch for a while.
I get what you're saying but Purdue has less talent than us and they look night and day better than us.

Not expecting a bowl season, just hoping for a better showing for the freshmen to build on.
That would be great and maybe slightly more realistic if they were red shirt freshmen.
