Can this be true?the refs are making calls against the huskers as if they were paid by the odds makers in Vegas to ensure the badgers win.

All I'll say is if that is the going rate for technicals, the only players we'd even have on the court after 5min of play are maybe Grandison, Plummer, Goode, Pods, and Melendez. I have never seen that soft a tech in my life
Similarly, only game I ever got tossed was a baseball game as well where the ump was shaving both corners on me where the strike zone for the other team was a country mile, so I purposely crossed up my catcher- he called the low breaking ball and I threw the high fastball that did clip the ump. He tossed me (rightfully so) and I walked off saying, "Ump you've seen I can't hit the strike zone all day, if you think I beaned you on purpose, then according to you, that's the first ball I've thrown accurately all game." Good times.Only baseball game I ever got tossed from: looking back at the ump after an at bat where the strike zone inexplicably became the size of a barn door.
It’s an ego/power play.
I have a very very senior connection to the BigTen corporate offices. The refs 100% orchestrate the outcome of games. It’s the secret that isn’t a secret, and usually they’re good enough to not be noticed by calling a relatively even game that’s catered to one team’s style. It’s also more common that they help the desired outcome via what isn’t called via what is.
Pretty soon it will be thoughts. That was about the most absurd technical foul I've ever seen called. How can you police where someone looks?
Entirely believable. This has been my belief for many years. You have to try to be as bad as B10 refs have been for years. Obvious the league orchestrates close games and attempts to maximize NCAA participants at the expense of really good teams throughout the years.I have a very very senior connection to the BigTen corporate offices. It appeared to me he may have hurt his knee when he stumbled and stepped awkwardly prior to the McGowan foul.Davis out with "lower body injury". He was hurt before he stumbled.
No but it was a garbage callCan this be true?
