At 325 he can jump way higher than I ever could, even when I was young and fit. Geez. The hardest thing to find in football, even in the NFL, is big guys that can move.
Avery is a big guy that can move.

WITHERSPOON IS THE TOP REMAINING PLAYER ON MY BOARD. YES, THERE ARE BIGGER NEEDS, BUT ADDING AN AGGRESSIVE CORNER TO COACH MATT EBERFLUS’ DEFENSE WOULD HELP THE CONTINUED RETOOL ON THAT SIDE OF THE BALL. WITHERSPOON’S INSTINCTS AND POLISHED TECHNIQUE FIT IN WELL HERE.
I saw the Fridge doing the same thing onto one of those big green or grey metal desks. I did it at work after I saw him, but weighed about 135 at the time. 5'11", so the opposite of him.reminds me when the Bears drafted William "Fridge" Perry. Duder was 340 and was shown jumping up and down from a concrete wall that was well over 24" high .
I forget how high it was, but it was a remarkable feat given his size.
That dude could move.
The first real "athletic" fat guy in the NFL that I can recall .
I don’t think Weatherspoon is still available at 9Draft Insider Thinks Chicago Bears May Pull A Shocker At #9
GM Ryan Poles has always said his primary focus when acquiring players is value. He wants to get the best value possible with every free agent signing and draft pick that he makes. That is why it can be difficult to predict what he will do for the Chicago Bears going into the 2023 draft. Everybody was convinced last season he would focus on wide receivers. Then he doubled down on defensive backs. Perhaps another swerve could be coming despite the hot rumors that they’re targeting either a defensive tackle or an offensive tackle.
However, Jordan Reid of ESPN thinks there is a possibility it might go a different way. He decided to take a look at the draft if teams went by value. Based on his projections, the Bears wouldn’t take a lineman on either side of the ball. Instead, they’d go right back to where they started last year.

If both are there, the Bears could drop a few spots and pick up a possible 2 depending on how desperate a team is to move up. I like the Bears can work the draft and get the most from their picks.OT is this weird position that actually has a surprisingly high bust rate I think, and I'm not sure I want either as high as 9....
Imo I'm trading back again I think to be honest unless someone really jumps out.
Then again, I'm not a NFL GM and have no clue lol.
And yet Buddy Ryan would not play him.reminds me when the Bears drafted William "Fridge" Perry. Duder was 340 and was shown jumping up and down from a concrete wall that was well over 24" high .

What do you mean? According to the stats I just read he started 9 games his rookie year and played in all 16.And yet Buddy Ryan would not play him.
Ha. I thought of an Italian restaurant. Is Devon going to get all the hype at corner like Sauce Gardner did last year? Are we going to be talking about Sauce and Spoon as the best corners in the league? Would Sauce and Spoon make a great name for a podcast?
Ditka forced Ryan to play The Fridge. What do you mean? According to the stats I just read he started 9 games his rookie year and played in all 16.
He wasn't actually that good last year. Neither was Anthony Richardson, but Richardson has other attributes teams are (probably incorrectly) falling in love with.I do not understand why Levis is falling in every mock draft.
Being in the UK area I've gotten to know a lot of fans of BBN... Most think it's hilarious that Levis was/is projected as a 1st round draft pick.He wasn't actually that good last year. Neither was Anthony Richardson, but Richardson has other attributes teams are (probably incorrectly) falling in love with.
This is the first I’ve seen with DW as the first pick. Does Carolina have that much of a need right now at CB or is it just that his stock has risen since his pro day? Or is this just another talking head not really analyzing team needs / draft strategies when projecting the draft?
