Eddie Goldman sits out last season because of Covid and is now placed on Covid reserve list as soon as training camp begins. Go figure.

Saints to require all fans attending games at the Superdome to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test 72 hours prior to the game. Fans will also be required to wear masks when not actively eating or drinking. The Saints will still be allowed to have full attendance within the stadium.

🤮 Everyone tested negative in a massive venue. Dumb. If I were there, I guess I'd have a drink in my hand at all times.

Not dumb. False negatives are very common, and you could easily pick up the virus in the time between getting the test and going to the game. Honestly we should be requiring proof of vaccination and maybe even masks at all sporting events, especially indoor ones.

First and most importantly, thank you for the work you do.

You are saying the gold standard PCR tests are unreliable, the protocols being used everywhere are not sufficient, and masks should probably be worn outside. That is a much different message than what is being recommended by our state, national, and world health experts. No need for us to debate it here because we will not agree. I respect your opinion even tho I may disagree.

The PCR tests are the best we’ve got but far from perfect. Several patients in our hospital came in with an obvious covid picture and tested negative 1-2 times before finally testing positive.

I stand by my opinion that vaccines should be required at sporting events. As for masks, that’s a little more of a grey area for outdoor events but I definitely think they should be required at indoor events (which is what the CDC now recommends).

I definitely understand that everyone is tired of masks, I am too. I’m excited to have sports back with crowds and I want us to be able to keep it that way.

I'm sure he'll sign onto some NBA D-league team at his rate of disproportionate second, third, and fourth chances.
He'd also need to add time travel to his list of talents as it hasn't been called the D-league since 2017.

Tevin Jenkins is having back surgery today. Not ideal. Needless to say, doesn't look like Pace made a good move there.
