Yeah, seems to want some limits placed on NIL - to allow the cheaters to continue to cheat while everyone else has to toe the line.

I've been a big believer that NIL has a chance to level the playing field, at least among the power conferences. But there are still coaches in all sports (namely, Bill Self) who have a better command of the new system than others. I do believe Illinois is working it correctly, though.
