I think I am going! Even though I have a son at UCF I will be wearing orange.

Malcolm with the block of the last decade turns this into a victory. Malcolm and Tracy showed a lot of heart in the second half. Nice win. Let's win this damn tournament.

Retired forever Illini fan now living in Florida. Hubby promised to take me to the game. Do you just get tickets from ucf arena site? Excited. Thanks!

I may try and make this game too. Only issue is my son is starting (pitching) a high school baseball game earlier in the afternoon. I will have to 'put the hammer down' to make it from Palm Beach County after his game (he will want to go too, since he is being recruited by UCF for baseball). We will see what he wears to the game (he has Illini and UCF gear).

Thanks. Will we be the home team since higher seed? Need to make sure we are on the right side.

Darn, just checked the UCF academic calendar, and spring break was last week. So presumably we can expect a rocking arena on Wednesday night?

Anyone disappointed we aren't playing ISU in Normal? That 50 mile drive would've been pretty nice. I will admit, I was definitely cheering them on.

Instead, it's UCF getting a shot at knocking off back to back schools from the state of Illinois.

I'm upset. I was going to go to redbird if we played them.

But on the other hand, it is spring break and the team has been stuck in Champaign while all the other students are either relaxing at home or partying somewhere warm. So I'm guessing the players won't mind going to Orlando. Maybe Walker will give them a couple days off after the game to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

I am incredibly disappointed ISU lost. It would have been so much fun to take a short road trip to cheer on the Illini in Normal. The scheduling conflict is also pretty disappointing. UCF got lucky with that.

This will be a tough game. UCF has been really good this season, especially at home. If we play our best we can win, but we certainly won't be the favorites. Sucks that we can't play this at SFC.

I was at a pub for trivia tonight, and was openly cheering for the Redbirds the whole time. I was definitely getting some strange looks...
