I'm aware of that, I'm not talking about regular season back and forth. It just seems like Iowa in general (football & basketball) get about of home games in things such as the Big10 / ACC challenge.
I don't think this has been mentioned yet but State College could get up to 2 feet of snow today through tomorrow. The team is probably flying in on Friday so travel plans shouldn't be affected.
Bring PSU to Champaign. Wow that is a massive blizzard. Would like to see IW start and play to get him more game experience. I think our qb room will be okay next year. IW, Deuce, and when Collier signs. Gives us three athletic qb for next season. Beat PSU on Saturday.
After the head coach is hired, what is the over/under on Miles being brought back as DC? For real though, has anyone heard a reason why he won’t coach in the last game? Just awkwardness? Seems like if you are trying to start your own career you wouldn’t want to tie yourself to only to your dad. Totally realize he’s not really qualified either.
I'm assuming it was Whitman's choice that Miles isn't coaching the last game.
Hopefully IW starts this game. If playing in the snow it makes even more sense.
