I'm little surprised we didn't see more dgl...I guess they treated it little more than an exhibition in reality
Think it was important to win that one for more than one reason.....Even if it doesn't matter for their record this year. They were making a statement both internally, that they can play with the best, and externally to recruits and the college basketball world. This team has potential!

Agreed... Definitely important to get the win especially once this thing became televised. Also I think the score and pace of the game helped keep the effort strong. If one team started taking a big lead then it could have gone more a true exhibition pace

This team will be much more level headed than last year. Point guard will be o.k. Ty and Harmon is the way I see it going forward unless someone else steps up. A lot of guys can put the ball on the floor and drive to the rack. We shot a lot of threes but also took the ball to the rim. Nice to see.

Given last night's game I'm going to switch to PG by committee (my vote was for Ty before). I think Ty will run it for the start of almost all games, and Moretti will back him up against easier competition, but in the last 10 against elite competition we'll see something closer to last night's senior-heavy lineup.
