Very excited for the game this evening. Haven't seen an Illini offense look as competent as they did last week in a long time. Time will tell if that was a bad Wyoming defense or a better QB for an offense that was always just a "QB away" last year. Pair that with the defense we saw at the end of last season/last week and we may have something.
One note, don't get too high or low based on a win/loss tonight. Personally attended the Eastern Michigan game in 2019 and felt as though there was no way in you know what we could get to 6 wins that season... That being said, a win tonight gets me thinking 7, 8, 9 wins is possible. As many others have said, "I'm ready to get hurt again"
