I get that. I’m referring to the outlook on the season back in say, September or October. A young team with no returning starters (and only one returner period) is/was extremely unlikely to have a consistent/great season

Has anyone in here been to Williams Arena? I grew up in Moline and was fortunate to play at Wharton Field House which was built in the 1920s and seats over 6000.
Williams arena is much larger version of that. I’m guessing it was also built around the same time. It has some obstructed views due to pillars. I’m guessing it’s similar to the old Chicago Stadium (never went there unfortunately).
Anyways, if you get a chance to see there, I highly recommend it. Hopefully we get a needed W there today.

But as this board has hashed out many times, in-game adjustments are seemingly questionable due to his stubbornness. Brad then made it clear during one of his sideline interviews (paraphrasing) 'we're not going to change a thing, going to keep taking it right at him'? He got roasted on the national scene for that.

In my view, two different questions, two different answers in terms of his ability to adjust and change.

I have seen those plays and agree. But the Rutgers game I saw a team outmuscled on the boards. I think our lack of inside defense hurts us.

If Tomi can get out there, stick him at the key and just let him pass to cutters and post entry to Morez. He is skilled in that area and doesn’t require too much movement.

I've been there multiple times. Was there when Abram's hit the shot to seal a W there.

The team has not responded well to adversity so far. It has been so hit and miss. I just hope they get out of the funk starting today against Minnesota.
