They said we’d only use it in game situations when the Illini were losing. We ended up hearing it A LOT. As I watched our Illini get beat down, I kept drinking 20 ounce beers and never had to use the restroom. The Illini were SO slow, and Clemson was SO FAST. We also went to the Rose Bowl drubbings of New Year’s 1984 and 2008. Don’t worry, IL Loyalty, we have vowed to never attend another Illini bowl game so the Illini should win the next one. Beat the Kitties, and get to a good one.

We too thought ourselves to be a bad omen for Illini bowl games! However, we made the trip down to Memphis for the 1994 Liberty Bowl and watched The Beloved put a beat down on the East Carolina University Pirates under Lou Tepper.

Our last Illini bowl game disappointment was the Sugar Bowl. I remember the cold (high of 35° F) miserable rain all game day in New Orleans. Kitner & Co. were no match for the home team LSU Tigers. Us Illini spectators were outnumber about 3-1 in the Superdome but they knew we were there when our great band performed during the pre game and half time and until the outcome was no longer in doubt!

At least we got to celebrate our anniversary in New Orleans.

I forgot to add the criminal exploits of cellphone scamscum and his violation a day program , not EVEN mentioning IDKWTI and that deceitful period of time.......

How aboot booby knight putting a choke hold on that small white guard , Neal or Nate Reed ??.....I'm too pissed off about the loosiers now to look it up......

How aboot copying our BB stadium name.....Too doofus slow to be original huh ..........................

The list goes on and on and I'm way too high right now and watching scUM - osu to care anymore about what and who the loosiers are ...........JMHO....
