Lmao, why on EARTH would you have a whiteout against Illinois? We are often their only sellout of the year, with Illini fans consistently outnumbering NU fans, and we have the brightest and loudest color in the conference.

Home court really putting a thumb on the analytics scale for tonight. NU is KenPom 61. I have a hard time believing home court gets them over KenPom 28.

The home court bump for them is listed as a 2.9. They are 4+ behind us in the overall metrics. You are right, seems to be factoring in a couple more points for them for some reason. One extra bucket that goes their way.
This is why the TOs are such an issue for us as so many games are going to be close. Except for the Minny games- all of our other BT games are 1, 2, or 3 converted possessions.
I have a feeling that this one stays close the first ten or twelve minutes, and we end up with double digit separation at half. We cruise to a 15 to 20 point win.
