Now two home games a week apart. We should be rested AND prepared!!! Let’s get two more!

Why does it seem like IU always plays out of their minds in Champaign.

Kofi should go for 30-15 against IU. I think Grandison will come in real handy matching up with Jackson-Davis on D

Vs the clown pants, I ALWAYS want to win by 50.

My least favorite team by far.
Lol. IU, although always a tough rival, hasn't felt the same to me as they did under Bobby Knight, at least for 363 or 364 days a year. But every time I see those clown pants on gameday vs. the Illini it awakens some kind of primal hate towards the Hoosiers that lives deep within my being.

This is exactly the right attitude!!!
Some may despise the Tigers
Other may wish ill on the Hawkeyes
But only the Whosiers can arouse "primal" disdain :) :)

If it's not living deep within us then I believe we're morally defective. Personally, I've had a gag reflex every time I see IU's uniforms since I was ~ 5 yrs old. It's protective. Evolution and all that.

I really enjoyed the replays of Nick's buzzer beater @ loosierville on the broadcast last night.....
That footage and Keith Jackson's accompanying voice-breaking falsetto in disbelief that Nick nailed it just never gets old, even nearly 32 years later. I watched it again yesterday and the schadenfreude at Knight's sour-puss, seething visage warmed my stone cold heart.

Pretty simple game plan. Slow down Trayce and you win the game. Unfortunately that is easier said than done. I don't think it's a great matchup for Kofi defensively because Trayce is quick and crafty at getting his shots off. He's not a guy you can just muscle up because he'll go right around you.
