Kevin Warren just called the Big Ten maintenance guy and told him to get his lazy !!! off of his couch and go get one of those big ten trophies out of the storage closet and slap on a Illinois Fighting Illini plate and get on the road and get that trophy to Champaign by 8:30

This team was absolutely just handed a gift from Wisconsin, a share of the B10 title along with the #1 seed on the line just got put on the table, let's see how they respond with so much on the line, I know the fans are going to be fired up and ready.

It’d be the most illini thing in the world to drop this one tonight given the circumstances, so given everything this program has been through the last decade or two, let’s make “the most illini thing in the world” a thing of the past. I-L-L
Losing this wouldn’t be a major choke. Iowa is hot and has little pressure on them. It’s senior night which I think is a distraction. A loss would be a disappointment but not a total shock.

and often!
To me this has the feel of UI/UA at the Rosemont. It was absolutely electric and deafening for about 30 straight minutes during the comeback. You could not hear the person sitting next to you. Let's win a BIG R/C, and lock up 1 in BIG T. Trent, DMFW, Kofi and GRANDI deserve it and yes they have earned it thru all they have done to make UI great again

Biggest home game since…???? Hope the crowd is absolutely nuts and we come out and punch them in the face early!
My googling suggest that in 1984, last game of the season was at home against Wisconsin on senior night to win a share of the conference championship. I don't believe we have been in that situation since. I think Iowa is more of a rival than Wisconsin, so I would say this one is probably bigger. Plus that Wisconsin team was 4-13 going into that game. Winning tonight would be a really rare feat.
